Nokia 5800 with $15 Data plan (AT&T)

I am considering buying the Nokia 5800 for my AT&T plan and I'm wondering if anyone knows or has the $15 data plan for the 5800. I have heard some people say the 5800 qualifies as a smartphone so it is subject to the $30/a month data plan, but others have said that since it is unlocked, it qualifies for the $15/ a month data plan.

Help would be appreciated.

I got an email saying that "The thread entitled Nokia 5800 with $15 Data plan (AT&T) in the Nokia forum of Cell Phone Forums has been replied to by
moisesguzman."

However I see no post. Am I missing something?....
