I need help with my Nokia 5800 XM. I have recently changed the product code of the phone just because i wanted to update it to v40. and I did. But I found some issues that bothered me and i wanted to change back my product code but it didn't work. I've tried reinstalling the current version but the reinstall button was missing in the Nokia Software Updater. Can I go back on my old software version. I've tried hard reset, didn't work. Please I need your HELP. Thank you so much.
