nokia 5800 express music firmware update problem?

my nokia 5800 express music is currently on the firmware version 31.0.101 and everytime i search for updates it says no updates found. I know this isnt the new firmware because for example people are on 40.0.005 and theres another one just above my current firmware.

ANY SOLUTIONS?
