Nokia 3606 coming to Cricket in March

I'm highly disappointed. I trailed this phone about a month ago, I actually still have it. I really hope the final release has a firmware upgrade. The one I trialed was a huge POS, hanRAB down the worst phone I've ever used. My kyrocera s1300 trial phone was way better then this, which is hard to believe.
 
confirmed rescheduled for a mid march release. quick feature summary:

Music player with external dedicated touch keys

it's a different beast from the jetset.
if you're looking for something nice wait a few.
cricket is about to undergo a major device refresh over the next few months.

theres a few others we know metro is getting but my cricket people either don't know or are doing a good job of keeping their lips sealed.

Simple, did you play with the evoke yet? Someone in my market is testing one now, it's a nice little phone. Touch screen has a learning curve, but that's par for course.

I have a Hint coming friday for a trial, pretty excited!
 
I only played with one for about 2 minutes. Has a heavy feel to it, very nice feeling and looking phone. It DOES NOT do MMS, which is horrible. The person testing it told me you can email photos using the mms email address, but thats still a PITA. The touch screen will turn sideways which is very cool, Similar to the STORM, i had a hard time typing. But it just takes time I think, time to learn how the keys respond and such. They just put another trial in my market for the EVOKE today, some of the reps at my store will have them next week. I'll let you know what other stuff I learn.
