nokia 3560, wont ring HELP!!!!

when someone calls my phone, it no longer rings or vibrates, but only lights up. I thought it may be an audio problem so i went to my gallery and played some ringtones but when i hit open it replied :unable to open file." I dont know if these problems are related, but its hard to answer my phone when it doesn't ring or vibrate in my pocket. This is my business phone so I really need help. Thanks.
 
Hey, one of my friends in work had da same problem on his fone like that and he had to get a the software flashed on the fone! Head to your nearest Nokia point to get that done!
