Nokia 3560 help

I don't know how to get web access on my Nokia 3560, If somebody could help me I would appreciate it. :)
 
You mean Nokia 3650? You need to create a web access point (refer to your local operator customer care service) and to install a browser like Opera or NetFront. Bye!! ;)
