I have a Nokia 2720 cellphone with a prepaid card I activated the phone Monday on the menu screen the icon for my account has the icon and a yellow circle with a ! I have called fido my survice proveder they provided the Nokia custumer survice number but neither of them were of any help my acount shows the proper amount in it and I am able to make and recieve calls all I was told is to return it to the store and transfer the sim card to a new phone any one have any ideas how to fix this or what it means????
