Nokia 1100 unlock

i have a nokia 1100b phone from tracfone i entered the unlock code and the phone said "Phone Was Not Restricted" does this mean it unlocked or not
 
Have you tried a different sim card and if so what happened? did it accept it? Sometimes phones have more than one lock.
 
It means you did not able to unlock it...try to insert another simcard and see the difference or better to report it, to wherever you bought it as safe move.

I think it's unlocked. In case if not unlock means get the code at free of cost from unlock-free.com
