Hi, Im in a band called Chemicl Eyes, and we reside in Elgin, Illinois. We practice all the time, untill recently a neighbor said we play to loud, and that she wants to call the cops. I was wondering if there is some way we could still practice. I tried looking up noise violations and quiet hours but I couldnt find anything.
