noise on 2001 toyota avalon?

the noise is on the passanger side when the speed went to 60-70mph.
i changed the brake pads, changed the tires, and changed wheel bearing but it still has the noise. why and how can i fix it thank u

you didn't mention what kind of noise.

I have a hum in mine '01 Avalon at about 70 to 80 or 85 but it's the wind going around the mirror.
