Hi,
I have a Vodafone Joy 845 device running Android. The first time I connected it to my laptop (Win 7 professional 64-bit, SP1) the smartphone was listed at the devices at "My Computer", the drivers were sucessfully installed, and I also installed "PC Suite For Android Handset" to my laptop. Till now everything worked without problem. But now when I reconnect my smartphone at the USB port of the laptop and run PC Suite at the wizard I get the message "No USB device is found". The strange is that again sometimes I can access the smartphone through "My computer" as is listed there as a device, but other times I cannnot causing my computer to crash when i make a restart.
Any help?
