Has Nolan even announced he is making a third film yet?

Not yet, he is being very quiet about it. But this is his way. He said after Batman Begins that there wouldnt necerserily be a sequel, when the ending of the film clearly sets up a sequel, without giving anything away I think I can say that TDK does also.

I am 100% sure there will be (at least) a 3rd Nolan Batman film, but dont expect an announcement anytime soon.
