no spark and no fuel presure 1998 dodge ram pickup 5.9?

Need help soon. I have no spark and no fuel presure . The engine cranks but will not start. I have checked the fuses and relays. Is there a fusable link somewhere in the wiring? Is my computer bad? Any ideas would be great. Thanks Mark
