When I get to "Updating Device" it takes me to a different screen. A "Device Application Version Check screen comes up with these options
1. Leave the system applications on the device unchanged. (Recommended)
2. Replace the device's applications with the older version provided by the Blackberry Desktop Software.
I've tried both and neither work?
while doing a wipe/reinstall from scratch I rebooted it and it fixed that problem.
It seems that desktop manager (which loader.exe apparently has some connection with) gets in an inconsistent state until you reboot. Even if you kill the program.
1) Remove Battery From Blackberry Device.
2) Open C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader\Loader.exe

3) after show this window ,then insert battery.... all done..... i tested 30th more blackberry devices.....
