i have flashed a customer's phone and couldn't backup the data. coz soon i connect the phone with the computer and desktop manager and started flashing and erasing some data.
anyhow i have flashed the phone and now the customer is asking for the contact.

is there any way to recover the data.

will appreciate any help in this regard

I have a really weird problem. Its a BB Bold 9000 and try to unlock it with MML..everything went fine..i got 1 in the end. it was successful. Now when I try to load OS im getting folowing error.

The Device Software is not designed for connected Device. [A:0x00000043]

I tried everything ...trie NOJVM mehod, tried without battery, deleted vendor.xml..i have rogers, AT&T os installed on the computer..i can install os on all other bolds except this one....please help...

help please i tried to unlock this bb 8830 verizon with mfi after it finished i have whit screen says no aplication linked im asuming it needs flashing ??

i dont have flash file for this fone

mfi 14678019

also unable to cast comobject of type rimra

also after second try of mfi

update failed could not find path t:\rma\mml\update.xml source:mscorlib

looks like perhaps i need either full flash or mml file or mfi file please can some one help me many thanks
 
i looked in my files for mfi 14678019 and added it to update folder now i get this message

Unable to cast COM object of type '

If along you arise :



Argument is :
no deleted Vendor.xml after install BB flashs, and let go Desktop manager

Solution is :

uninstall all BBerry object ( Flashs, desktop etc. )
install flashs, delete Vendor.xml and install good version
Desktop Manager 4.0.0.30
no install "fake" Desktop version 4.7.0.32
normally after flashing your BBerry.

If along you arise :



solution is :

reconnect your BBerry device, and again start Desktop manager
for 2 or 3 attempt will be your BBberry appear this :
 
I recently had this problem after mfi multiloader and wiping my os and nuking my phone. I googled how to bring back a nuked blackberry and went in through the app loader folder on harddrive. What a pain in the *** and then my phone would not connect to verizon network. What a nightmare down to verizon to activate my old phone and suck it up a few days. Then a few days later and countless hours i had to flash the prl file on my phone with qzdm and put the verizon prl file on the phone and then back to verizon and they hooked up my new phone. Through this process i think i learned my lesson and leave well enough alone.

2. Its not the PC
3. Upgrading does not work!
4. Downgrading does not work!
5. Flashing with different region does not work!

Model: 8320 Curve...

What else?
 
hi i have a similar problem. my blackberry 8100 does not switch on after running MFI Loader, all i get is a double blink on the red light every 3 seconds.

cannot connect it to any apps as the pin is not being read anymore

can anyone hlep
 
I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM:
GO TO: C:\Program Files\Fichiers communs\Research In Motion\AppLoader
OR : C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader

AND DELETE VENDOR.XML THEN START PROGRAMM ALL WILL WORK WELL.
