My dad has recently started having some health problems which require me to be near my phone at all times. Unfortunately my phone that I have through t-mobile doesn't get signal inside the building that I work in. I have had t-mobile for 5 years and every phone that I ever had has not worked inside this building. My co-workers who have other plans through other mobile companies never have any problems making calls inside this building, so I really need to switch. I have 8 months left on my contract, will t-mobile let me out of it without paying a early termination fee?
No its not a tower. I've worked here for 5 years as well and its always been like this. I work in a jail so its the way the building is built. It just hasn't really been a big deal until now.
