There is no Sd Card slot on my Dell Computer and I don't have a USB Port! I took a bunch of cool photos on my camera and I don't know how to transfer them onto my computer! Help!
Find another computer (i.e. library or friend) with an SD slot or USB port, download it, send it to your email, then open it onto your Dell computer.
Simple as that.
