Their union and the ridiculous work ethic, huge retirement programs bankrupted the company, made it non-competitive and THEN we the tax payers had to swoop in and fix it for them. Then they put up an IPO and force our mutual funds to buy more GM crap stock with our retirement money in our 401K programs to fund the ridiculous retirement programs.
