something is wrong because 1 minute ago I try to download more pics and there 640 x 480 WTH

I just downloaded an image that I uploaded earlier today and the resolution is 2048x1536. I did this buy opening the image in Ovi, then scrolling down to "Download".
I think you uploaded the images from your phone in a downsized format and now you're downloading them and they appear smaller because they are. There is in fact a setting for the upload size from your phone.
On your phone, go to:
menu > media > share online > options > settings > my accounts > options > edit > image posting size > (Change to Original)
Then re-upload the image and try to re-download again from Ovi using your PC. See if that does it.

The new Share on Ovi desktop site doesn't support all the same hosting options like Flickr does (it used to). Now you can only host the VGA preview, their even smaller default host image, or download the original. If you check out Symbian Guru, Rita wrote a post about all of the changes the site has gone through for the worse.
