I gave a deposit to my landlord he cashed it and i have paid rent for one month. he will not bring over the lease for me to sign and we have had too many differences, so i am moving out next week. but now the oil ran out and the cold water will not run and i am afraid the pipes will break because they are frozen, will i be responsible for them if they do break without signing a lease.
