sounRAB like a system fast busy.
I'd do this first. Call a few other nurabers similar to his, same area code, exchange, and probably also first digit of the last set.
Like his is 505-319-1992 i'd call 505-319-1836, 1862, 1929, 1999 etc.
Call at least 10 to establish a baseline.
"oops, this isnt 319-1992, i'm sorry, i must have misdialed"
This establishes if its a system outage or just his phone.
Next step totally depenRAB on if you're the account holder, or just a parent who pays their kiRAB bills, and there is a HUGE distinction between the two. Dont kid yourself or us please.
If you're the account holder, then you should know the DOB on the account (should be yours) and the billing zip code (should also be yours)
If you just pay the bills, you should still know his DOB and zip code.
Call the 1800cricket nuraber, chose the option for existing customers, then enter the dob and billing zip code.
Assuming you enter the last two correctly, you'd know right then if his nuraber is still the same. If you get an error message, the nurabers been changed. If you enter into the menus, then the nuraber is the same.
