So i have a 2000 chevy blazer 4X4 4.3L vortec and last winter my heat stopped working all together. It still blows out air, so i know its not the blower, its just cold air. My heater core is not leaking and it flushed/cleaned it out to make sure it wasn't clogged by flushing it backward and forwards several times. I had a leak in my radiator, so i thought that could be the problem, but after replacing it i didn't have any luck. I noticed wile going over my vacuum lines that if i turn my truck on after it has been warmed up to driving temp, or somewhat warm, the heat blows hot as hell for about 7-8 seconds then turns right back to cold. I thought i might have a short in my computer climate control unit, so i bought a new one but no luck with that either! Any ideas what could be my problem????
