Last weekend I spent about three hours with CSR and the supervisor attempting to get my free preview of National Geographic and Showcase. They could not understand why I could not get it and they came to the conclusion that I could not get it because I was on the old Legacy platform. The CSR spurpevisor suggested that I upgrade to the new platform. However I feel that I may be a loser when I do that because I understand there are some features in the legacy that makes me grandfathered in some respects from large price increases.
At present I get all the networks WGN and sportnets along with APTN(waste of time) and a couple of Treasures and Oasis.
It is interesteing to note I had the free previews before I suspended my service for vacation and when I returned Expressvu had all these nice packages at additonal costs.
It is too bad that you can not subscribe to the HD sevice only.I know thare has been some talk about that but with Bell and Rogers making huge profits they are always going to market their products to take advantage of the best profits for them.
