No EDGE- only GPRS

Hello everyone-

Anyone else having problems with EDGE? I have had only GPRS since Friday.

I have done plenty of battery pulls but no luck...

I have an unlocked ATT running 4.5.110

Is there any settings i need to look at to make sure they are OK?

I also resent the service books but that didnt do anything either.

What area are you in? I know when I have problems with the network, instead of battery pulls I just turn the radio off, and then turn it back on a few minutes later.
 
I have had my EDGE drop to GPRS all weekend I'm guessing AT&T is having issues this week. If it keeps happening call them and they can check the network in your area for issues. HTH!~via BB (wap.rabroad.com)~
 
No EDGE here (I'm vacationing in Greece) -- and T-Mobile tells me that's the way it is, just GPRS.

The one noticeable consequence is that I cannot tether
 
All day today I have only had GSM coverage on my 8100. Had EDGE up at my house, only GSM downtown. Called T-mobile and they have no network problems. They advanced it to high-level tech support with a trouble ticket. Frustrating to say the least! Never had this problem before.
 
For the past 2 1/2 weeks I haven't gotten EDGE at all. It's been straight GPRS. I don't know what the issue is but I know my calls have been dropping ever since and messages aren't coming through. It may just be time to get a new bb.
