It all started 3 weeks ago with a normal sore throat and a stomach ache. The sore throat was bad so i went to the doctors office and it was strep and it cleared up pretty fast later on, however, the stomach ache/pain stayed.
It got worse over time. My stomach started grurabling and rurabling. everyone could hear stomach noises from a mile away. I also felt sick to my stomach, lost my appetite, had constipation and diahrea, and my right and left sides under my ribs starting hurting extremely badly.
My first thought was an std, so i went and got tested for everything including hiv. all negative. my second thought was gallbladder or something in the lower organs there. Ive had xrays, ct scans, ultrasounRAB on the painful lower areas, bloodwork done numerous times, and urine tests.
For the past few days its gotten worse. I now have bad chest wall pain, mostly in the upper left side of my chest, sometimes in the right, and the very lower parts of my ribs. The right hand side of me, lower near the bottom of the ribs, is so painful it feels like someone hit me with a wood 2x4 or something. i can barely graze the area with my hand. Ive also had chest/stomach body vibrations that last up to 10 minutes and then disappear.
after 3 visits to the er, 2 visits to regular doctors, and numerous tests, no one can figure out anything. I'm in so much pain and i literally feel like i'm gonna die. It depresses me and even laying down doesn't help the symptoms.
ive also got to add that my lower and middle back have been hurting, and sometimes burning at points.
