no display a70 after bad testpoint

after cut the test point on a70 there's no display but the pad tone work
and the phone not unswer to unlock
with joker do like that :
Sending PapameterBoot: Ok.
Loading BootsModel(A70)...
Sending StartBoot Ok.
Boot2 does not answer!!

please help
