No Classic TMNT on DVD for a while?

According too an email form TVShows on DVD, no Classic show DVD's are currently on LionsGate's schedule.

This has me a little worried. Now is around the time we usually see a release..

If anyone wants too call Fred Wolf Films and find out the scoop, let me know

In a way the fans are lucky. Sure they want to see all of the TMNT series but the CBS seasons are coming up. The ones that really you should not spend money to relive.

Of course they should still be on DVD for collectors.

The main thing I'm worried about with this is that we'll never get a release of the Turtles in Europe arc.

Oh, and that final syndicated episode that STILL hasn't been released.

Agreed. I need a high quality copy of those episodes that are not edited...

-edit You know, I hope that those Box sets are not selling well, because they are confusing the consumer. All of the art is practically identical on each set. It's the same drawing of Donatello on one box, the same one of Leonardo on another, etc. And if memory serves, the descriptions didn't give episode titles on the back.

You've got Volumes 1-5....Season 4, Season 5, and all with similar looking cover art. Maybe Lions Gate finally realized that and is looking too re-release the first bunch in season sets? Hence hopefully the delay?

Somebody better get them to continue. We have half the series on DVD, only a few more seasons to go!

They could also put Seasons 8, 9 and 10 all on the same boxset since it'd equal 24 eps.

C'mon, someone get them to get out Season 6.

Much like Transformers, I doubt anyone but the hardcore fan is going after these releases, and they probably know ahead of time how to tell season 4 apart from volume 4. I stopped buying after the first volume due to erratic release schedules and sloppy quality control. But they should finish up the series since it's already so far along.
