No Blockbusters rentals

I have been awaiting 3 rentals from Blockbuster since last week. I think they need to change their envelopes as I believe postal workers are stealing them.

You have to wait 10 days before reporting they are missing that means I get will only 2 weeks service out of them. Also doesn't help when Blockbuster refuse to reply to any of my emails. I have never had any problems with DVRAB go missing for other rental companies. :mad:
 
So far, Blockbusters is going fine and dandy for me. As for the 10 days thing, I have only once not received something from them, and I told them about 3 days later and they sent one out really fast.
 
they are fine for me, i have had trouble in the past with occasional DVD's going missing. if all of yours have i think you need to contact the post office. i currently have Rocky Horror Picture Show, Monty Pythons Life of Brian and Little Shop of Horrors so i am set for the next few days. :)
 
I've only had one dvd getting lost since I have joined blockbusters. Not complaining at all, so much better than the last online rental i was with, lovefilm via cd wow.
 
I have found Blockbuster to be one of the fastest turnaround sites available. They will usually send you your 1st choices as well. If only they could improve their website...... :)
 
May have something to do with the fact that there is a new postman doing the rounRAB who doesn't deliver our post until past 12:00. Still haven't received them which means they have been missing for over a week now.

It's frightening to think that some new postal recruits are only given a map on their first day and expected to compete an entire route without any other help.
