no aux on car stereo?

I have a 2005 Dodge Stratus. The radio does not come with an aux feature. Is there any way i can play music from my phone/ipod? What do i need to buy/install?

You can get a fm transmitter for 15-50$. It will plug into your ipod and transmit a radio wave that your stereo can pick up and play over an unused radio station.
