no appetite, fatigue and weight loss

The Plague

Hi, I am 19 years old. Lately I have had a problem where it has been really hard to eat anything and I get really sick (nauseated) when I try and eat a regular amount of food. As a result of this, I have been losing lots of weight and I am only 5 foot 3 inches and I only weight about 102 pounds now. I just seem to have a very hard time eating and everybody that I meet just think that I am picky and don't like any food. This is not the case and I wonder if anyone has any suggestions of what might be causeing this. I am not sure what it is, but I am afraid that it might be cancer or something like that. I have always been very healthy and I have never had to go to the Doctors for anything. I love being and playing outdoors and my appetite has always been just fine til now. Just this past weekend, I was visiting a friend and I was out playing outside and I came inside and I passed cold out for about 3 minutes for no apparent reason. My heart started racing before I passed out and I felt like I couldn't slow it down and so I lost all control all of my muscles. When I woke up, my heart was still racing. It was about 140. I have only passed out one time before this from pain from cramps from a monthly period. I have no idea what is happening to me, and I am really hopeing that someone has some suggestions as to what this might be.

At your age cancer would be way down on the list of possible problems.:)

Iron deficency anemia is common in young women. http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/ency/article/000584.htm

A fainting spell should always be evaluated by a doctor, the sooner the better. You're old enough now to get your own GP.

I m not a doctor.
But i know the food must be attractive.
Vegetable and fruits at each meal. But not every day the same. Must be creative. Changes.
And our body will work far better, if we eat 3 times a day, and at the same time every day.
The breakfast, must be large. Fruits , carrots eggs, things like that. With bread.
2 large vegetables, one fruit, one egg at each meal. Or most often as possible.
That must be attractive. Often we must change the menu and buy others different fruits.

But the most important is not eating in the middle of the afternoon.
Always eaten at the same time. Approximately.
Or that will deregulate the appetite.

I have noticed that my appetite is connected with my mood also.
If the day before, i did a good activity in the evening, like motorbike along the river, or
good jogging in the park with two of my neighbor,
Then the day after, i will have a great appetite.
Wish you a lot of delicious meal.
