No appetite, but when eating, my partner feels ill.?

Okay, well it's hard to diagnose if you don't have all the details, but I will do my best:

So for the past month or so, my partner has not been feeling hungry at all. She has no mental disorders, or eating disorders. She will go an entire day and eat just a small amount of food, because she states that when she DOES eat, she feels nauseous and has a moderate stomach pain. She said that it just makes her feel like she COULD vomit, but does not NEED to. However, today was the worst it has ever been. She ate a snack, and the rest of the day felt progressively ill and eventually vomited. She has no other major symptoms other than nausea and cramps/pain when she eats.

I suggested she see a doctor ASAP as I am very worried, but she has no healthcare or money at the moment, and hasn't gone yet, but will probably go in the morning since it has gotten worse.

What could this be? I really just want her to feel better :/
She is not pregnant. We have been using the pill as well as condoms every time, and she still receives her period.
