Ok so i wanted to buy a foundation from cover girl but then i found out that they test on animals So whats a good,Affordable,doesent dry out my Skin And does not test on animals?

Please help!
 
true devitt. its GREAT. and its made out of algea. its actually GOOD for your skin. like you can put it on a pimple you just picked and it won't get any worse. in fact, it will help heal it.
