Nitrous rims, or stolen revolver?

Alright, im looking to buy new rims for my bike, and im a bit of a budget, under $120 for each, i was looking at getting nitrous or revolver (because both have the red rim im looking for) but what should i go with? Ive heard good and bad things about both, i was willing to try nitrous because they are made by eastern and are light, and the revolver has been recommended by a friend, but i don't know where to go from here
