Nissan Xterra '02 Or Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited 2001?

I have two cars a Nissan Xterra 2002 with 104k miles on it, and a Jeep Grand cherokee limited 2001 with 70k miles on it. I want to sell one of them..which one should i sell?? I want to keep the ones thats better on gas, safe, reliable and overall saves me money and keeps me safe..
