Nissan Versa vs Toyota Yaris?

When it comes down to getting all the 'basic' features, such as AC, radio, power locks and windows, these cars come down to the same price. Which of these cars do you think is better?
 
i have never driven the yaris but have driven the versa and i would still say the Yaris

not so long ago they did a study to see car manufacturer had fewest defects per million cars made,Toyota was number 1

also not 2 or 3 days ago yahoo news had an article about toyota scoring top honors for number one spot for best cars on road for dependability
