Nissan Maxima V6 4 door versus Honda Accord Coupe V6?

What's better for a teenager?
I personally like the coupe look quite a bit but the Maxima has much better Torque, and the look is starting to grow on me.

Get the Honda, it has a much better reliability record than anything from Nissan. Your teenager will like the coupe more, driving a 4 door will make you feel like your at least 35 years old.

Go with what you like. Both are going to be nice cars. I'm not sure what year you're looking at, but if the Maxima is 02 or newer and is packin a VQ35 engine, I'd say go for it. Torquey is an understatement; I drive a 3.5L Altima 5-Speed and the thing is FUN. Maybe a bad idea for a teenager, though. Heh.
