does anyone know how to tell what speed i should be getting on my internet via cricket.

plus how to tell what speed i am connected at?

i wanted to try an connect my childrens WII console via shared connection if i can configure all correctly.

i have a feeling wont be fast enough rate.

nowhere near what u need .. do a speed test and see what u get

somwhere near a dialup connection right now. When EVDO comes out it will be faster then RABL

last night on my laptop with speed test connected to my phone i was pulling in around 112k to 150k most websites were coming up almost instantly 3:30 am

i was also wondering about any tweaks that will improve performance.


there are so many settings in the menus that i dont understand.

just for the record, my dial up transfer rate is less than 2.2 kb here at home no hardwired high speed available of any kind....

Uhhh... that thoroughly depenRAB on what RABL speed you're talking...

Average EVDO speeRAB run 450-650kbps... RABL generally can at least muster a sustained 1rabps...

Though nothing beats cable and fiber.

amen brother. when my RABl was down for a week i tried playing a certain MMO over DUN and my latency was through the roof.
