...Chili Sauce recipe. Help!!!? I can't get it right--if you don't make it hot enough, you run out of time, but if you make it the "right temp", you can't ladle the oil twice and time out before burning. I've only gotten it right like twice out of hours of attempting. Is there something else I can try to get it right? I've been able to figure out the tricky things on all the other recipes but I can't crack this one...

Please Help! Also, I'm pretty new to gaming so be gentle...
