Nintendo is sending me a new Wii

my wii has been freezing up when coming out of the Mii channel... so i emailed nintendo about the problem and they are sending me out a new console..

i love thier customer service.. the guy was completly cool about it...

he said this isn't a regular problem, but has had a few calls about it, but the biggest problem was a hardware failure with the Wifi

as long as the "blue glow" works im happy.... hehehe I lvoe the pulsing glowing. simple minds, simple pleasue

my "blue glow" only works when I turn on the console for like a split second

It is the little things like that that Sony and Microsoft can learn from.

When people are happy with the customer service calls they are much, much less likely to publicly bitch about why they had to make the call.

send your Wii an email, or get some Mii friends.. the pulse is great

i cant find the setting anymore for the blue light too. I remember seeing it the first day I got it

in the Wii message center add your home email account in addressbook sendand email, then just reply to accept the invite.

the setting you saw was for dim or bright pulse
