is it okay to put any type of headset rather than the branded one from Nintendo? I'm planning to do so, but, I'm afraid of risks that gonna happen when I do..
I'm not sure about any type of headset, but most probably won't even fit in the slot. I'm not sure if other companies make headsets that work with the DS.
Either way, the one from Nintendo would probably be your best bet.
