I for one have not purchased any out of sheer laziness, however, i would do so just to support Nintendo and ensure they're being out on top again.

you can't deny its a very good business sense and 80% of the casual gamer does not care or even know of emulators. I know of them and I refuse to use them, mostly because I've purchased the majority of the SNES and NES games I've wanted over the years... and as older systems become harder to repair and even more obsolete, I'm glad Nintendo has opted to do the virtual console...

plus it ensures that prices of very expensive popular games will go down, much like baseball cards and comics
 
Exactly my point, why the fuck would I want to pay for a game I already have emulated and even have the original consols and games for. I don't see a point of purchasing overpriced 15 year old games when they make absolutely zero changes to it, and yes in my opinion its overpriced, but you sackriding nintendo fanboys will probably think its a steal.
 
but he is essentaly correct. sony is in some deep shit with the ps3 right now. so much so that they had to raise the price of the unit by $40 in canada. for the ps3 to survive (especially in the US and Europe) they need exclusives, something they are quickly loosing to MS. this is no fanboy talk, i personally still really want a ps3, this is pure business and survivability in the market place

I wish we had Gears of War. And nothing else.
 
Ive already bought 6 VC titles.

Gunstar Heroes, 5 player bomberman, Mario 64 & Sonic have been all worth the money imo.

The other 2 titles I bought were classics, short but I had to get them (Altered Beast & Golden Axe).
 
What I don't get is why you gaylord pussy hating Sony cock jockey's still give a fuck. Go play your fucking console. Oh wait... there isn't jack shit for games on it so all you can do is post on messageboards about it.
 
But N64 games alone are worth it...

Plus theres the possibility of Nintendo adding online features for future games.

I play SNES, N64 & NES games on my PSP & PC but I still bought some on the VC.
