My brother is epileptic, and his son, and also my son, aged 5 and 3 suffer occassionally from night terrors. It has been bought to my attention that the night terrors could be related to epilepsy, does any one know of this?
With my son, I always know when he is going to have a night terror, when he is overtired, and hot. Mostly after a busy day and he is exhausted.
But having said that, that is when my brother will have a seizour, when he is lacking sleep, and de-hydrated.
I have seen my dr about this and he believes it is just night terrors.
