Night Elf-Druid Health Question?

So I was wondering why my charecter is a level 32 and only has the health of 904?
While I see others with almost double my health?
Is it a night-elf thing? How can I improve my health?
-Also if anyone knows good ways to earn cash with Herbalisim and Alchemy let me know! (:
