Night by Elie Wiesel?

In english classes we are studying the book "Night" by Elie Wiesel. I have been told to write and essay on the way in which elie's religion has changed during the novel... i got nothing.
Any example's,sections, quotes ect. of his changing relegion could help me

well elie wiesel was a person that went through the holocaust...? and i think he espcaped during night time... and yeahhh..
