we bought some smoked yellow river cobbler from the supermarket this week (we usually buy from the fish market at our local town) and I was just wondering of any recipes for the fish to get best out of it and so it not bland? Also it says on the packaging to wrap in foil and place on a baking tray..is this right? When I cook yellow fish usually i put them in their own individual foil boats and in a fyring pan with some water in..also what herbs would go well with the fish? I am thinking of lemon juice and dill on the fish to go in the oven served with new potatoes and slad what ya think? lol thanks !
