NHL Centre Ice - 2009-2010

yep stationg
but i'm more worried to see if bell picks them up too.
so far i don't think they have...

I have been unable to get my access code for Gamecentre. After clicking on the links in this thread, I get to a screen that says:

'no account is linked to your profile'

and

'link television account'

then it asks for my tv account number (so I enter: '8455XXXXXXXXXXXX')

then it asks for my billing date (I've tried various days but I do not know what day it actually is--I'm a new customer and do not have a bill yet)

then it won't allow me to link my account, and I do not get a Gamecentre password.

Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks.

Surprise, surprise, the special rate of $44.75 was not charged on my bill. :( Now I need to call them again. Grr!

How will Bell take payment? Is the cost broken down over the year or does it have to be paid as soon as you buy the service? Is the cost really $200? Does that include playoffs? Thank in advance, I can't find any info on their web site.

I think you got that message because of the free preview. You are being recognized as having it because of this, thats why it said thanks for the purchase. You need to be connected to a phone line to order with the remote.

Signed up for the mid season price of $37.95 X 4, got my bill yesterday and was charged the full season price of $51.95 X 4. I wonder how long and how many calls it will take to fix this. Hope it's faster than previous experiences.

Is there a Centre Ice schedule posted anywhere for Bell. I am hopeful that the majority of Sabres games will be in HD. If they will, I'd consider ordering. If not, I will need to try to find other options.

Price: 4 payments of $51.95

Includes Playoff games not aired elsewhere (ie TSN, Sportsnet, CBC, NBC)

You may want to try to find another option. I believe the majority of Sabres games are in HD, but not available on Centre Ice anywhere in Canada as the MSG Network is the broadcasters of the Sabres and they don't provide any of their HD feeds to Centre Ice anywhere. No home team HD telecasts of the Devils, Rangers, Islanders, or Sabres. Now some of their games maybe in HD with the opposing teams broadcast.

CI basically carries all the games and if its not on CI it probably means its on one of your local channels or TSN.
As a Penguins fan the only time I got screwed last year was when RDS would cover the game when they played the Habs and I'd have to watch in french which totally sucks.

Called today about getting a discount if I resubscribed to CI. Got a CSR in Quebec that spoke perfect english. It was csrs' first day on the job so things took a little longer. Told him that the promotion was a make or break deal for me. After to fiddling around on his computer and a talk with his supervisor, was offered the 44.75 for 4 months deal. So now I'm off to watch hockey and tell my wife I'll see her after the playoffs.:D

Last night's Flyers/Devils game was available in HD from MSG+ HD on Centre Ice. The first MSGHD broadcast I've seen on Bell.

I have yet to see the two new HD channels yet, but I would expect them to launch by Thursday, as the other forum shows them as active, and Thursday would be the day they are needed. That and the Bell site shows Detroit/Chicago on NHLH5 Thursday.

Wow! Free preview from Sept 14-Oct 24 this year. It's usually half a week. That really makes the people that have paid every year feel appreciated. They raise the price but increase the preview time. I see Sunday Ticket has the first week as a free preview too, that's never happened before. It's usually the last week.

Anyone have any idea why the Oilers/Bruins game (Saturday Oct 31, 1pm est) would not be available in HD?
Oilers website has it as being on Rogers Sportsnet HD. But the guide (both sportsnet west HD and CI HD) does not have the game. But the SD CI channel has it...

btw, good stuff fordman :)

was going to order gamecenter live by itself since i want to be able to watch this on my laptop but weird how its pretty much the same price as Bell CI + Free gamecenter live!

guess i'll just order bell CI.

does anyone know if EDP gets applied onto CI? :D
