I no that due to the NHLPA you are not allowed to put rookies into the game until they play a game or sign a entry level contract but what i was wondering is if i started a Be A Gm mode and went to the draft would i be able to draft John Tavares or would i have to skip the draft and just play as the islanders would he already be on the roster if i get the most up to date roster for the GM mode
