no licensing in NH; bldr Keith Durgin admits liability, but wont pay; he ran, wont honor contract/warranty. BBB, AG, legal, still no pmt. His ins. denied for negligence i think. isnt bldr obligated to pay?We have to tear down house! Loss $$$. Is there an internet site to rate builders performance & get reviews, opinions of bldr? Too late for us, but shouldnt we alert others?
