Nexus one is getting an FM radio receiver support by custom ROM.

Pretty cool. What I've been trying to track on XDA that looks even cooler to me is them working on over clocking the GPU. I suppose a lot of people would use this FM receiver though.

I have been following this as well.

The bulk of the work behind this is actually not the custom ROM. That is just the final piece to get things working (obviously with the FM Radio app). Most of the work for this is done on the kernel.

I am sure people will start including these changes in their kernel to support FM Radio on the N1 I wish more devices had an FM receiver built in... I think it will be very handy.
