Nextel Service Transfer

I got a Nextel in Ohio and I need to go back to Florida. The rep from Nextel said that if I can find someone to takeover my service, that they would allow me out of the agreement since I have only had it for a month. Also, I have a Motorola I836 that I just bought that I would like to sell as well.
